Before the exchange
🔎 Verification of the origin of funds
All transactions undergo an AML (Anti-Money Laundering) check to ensure the security of transfers. If additional information is required for a transaction, we will contact you and guide you through the necessary procedures. Our team is experienced in handling such situations and will support you throughout the entire verification process, helping to avoid unnecessary delays and promptly addressing any questions that may arise.
📌 Exchange rate locking terms
Due to the volatility of cryptocurrencies, the final exchange rate is locked at the moment the funds are actually received from the client. Before sending a payment, we recommend carefully verifying the transaction details and reviewing the guidelines for sending cryptocurrency.
👥 Personalized support
We pay close attention to every transaction and strive to find the best possible solution for non-standard situations. In the event of any disputes, we review each case individually, aiming to resolve it in a manner that is both fair and convenient for the client.
