Due to the volatility of cryptocurrencies, the final exchange rate is locked at the moment the funds are actually received from the client. Before sending a payment, we recommend carefully verifying the transaction details and reviewing the guidelines for sending cryptocurrency.

The exchange rate is calculated based on Binance exchange quotes and already includes the exchange service fee.
- 🛠️ Exchange Process: Orders are handled in semi-automatic mode with operator involvement. Before starting a transaction, we recommend checking whether the operator is currently available.
- 💰 Rate Determination: The applicable exchange rate is determined once the funds have been received at the specified payment details.
- 📊 Payout Recalculation: The final payout amount may be adjusted slightly in line with market rate changes. The parser update interval of 1–3 minutes is taken into account.
- ⏳ Transfer Time: When the operator's status is Online, payouts are generally completed within 60 minutes. In some cases, the transfer may involve multiple transactions and take up to 180 minutes in total.
- 🔍 AML Screening: Every transaction is automatically assessed for AML compliance. If the review identifies a high risk level or a possible link to funds from illegitimate sources, identity verification may be required.
